Premium Gear Worx is a direct manufacturer of precision gears and complex machined components located in Brea, California. We are not a broker, reseller, or sales company passing work between outside shops. Our customers work directly with experienced gear manufacturers who understand the engineering, machinery, tooling, and inspection required to produce critical components correctly.
Our knowledge has been built through decades of solving difficult gear problems, rebuilding obsolete components, and manufacturing parts where accuracy, reliability, and performance are essential.
Premium Gear Worx combines proven gear manufacturing knowledge with modern CNC machining, gear cutting, grinding, inspection, and production equipment. We manufacture components for aerospace, defense, marine, industrial, transportation, racing, and other demanding applications.
Our quality management system is certified to AS9100 Rev D and ISO 9001:2015. These certifications reflect the disciplined processes, documentation, traceability, inspection, and accountability required for critical manufacturing programs.

OUR SERVICES
Premium Gear Worx provides complete gear manufacturing and precision machining capabilities for prototypes, replacement parts, repairs, and production programs.
Our capabilities include spiral bevel gears, hypoid gears, straight bevel gears, spur gears, helical gears, double helical gears, internal gears, worm gears, worm shafts, gear racks, splines, broaching, keyways, gear shaping, gear hobbing, gear grinding, CNC turning, CNC milling, and complex component manufacturing.
We manufacture new components from customer drawings, samples, damaged parts, or existing assemblies. Our team can assist with reverse engineering, material selection, gear geometry, manufacturing development, inspection, and production planning.
Core manufacturing operations are performed at our Brea facility using our own machinery, tooling, and experienced personnel. When certified special processing is required, it is carefully managed through qualified sources under our quality system. This gives our customers one accountable manufacturing source from initial review through final inspection.
EXPERIENCE
Our experience extends far beyond operating machinery. We understand how gears function together under load and how tooth geometry, backlash, alignment, material condition, heat treatment, bearing fits, and surface finish affect the performance of a complete assembly.
That knowledge allows us to manufacture difficult components, reproduce obsolete gears, correct damaged assemblies, and develop practical solutions when original drawings or manufacturing information are unavailable.
Every project receives direct involvement from experienced gear manufacturers who understand the work from the initial engineering review through final inspection.
